If you’re anything like me, you’ve waited until the last possible second to figure out what you’re giving your loved one this Valentine’s Day. It’s not that I haven’t been thinking about Valentine’s Day, I have. My oldest child’s birthday is on Valentine’s Day, not to mention, the middle school Valentine’s Dance. The middle child is having a huge Valentine’s Bash at school, for which I’m baking and there’s the Valentine’s that I really wanted to make but we ran out of time. My youngest and I have been having lots of fun making paper hearts.
I wanted to get my loved one something nice, but cheap, since I am pretty much broke. I was thrilled to see an e-mail from Restaurant.com in my inbox that read: $10 Restaurant.com Gift Certificates for $1.60! I can do that. It may not seem like much but hey we do like to go out to eat. This will take some of the weight off of him for a change. I splurged for the $25 Gift Certificate for $4. And I’m also gonna make some chocolate covered strawberries for dessert!
